- 70 gms of Dark Chocolate Pieces
Milkshakes
- 350 mls of Milk or Almond Milk
- 60 mls Baileys Irish Cream
- 30 mls Kahlua
- 30 mls Frangelico

To Garnish (Optional)

Method
Chocolate Sauce
Place the dark chocolate pieces and 3 tablespoons of milk in a small microwavable dish. Microwave in 10 second bursts for approximately 45 seconds in total. Be careful not to overheat. Stir in between each burst until chocolate melts and a thick chocolate sauce comes together. You want a thick drippy consistency.
Drip the chocolate haphazardly around the top portion of your glass. Use a pastry brush to paint up to the rim.
Place glasses into the fridge while you make the cocktail.
Milkshakes
In a cocktail shaker, add any leftover chocolate sauce along with approx 50 mls of the milk. Stir to make a chocolate milk. Make sure it is thoroughly mixed and no lumps are present.
Add ice, the Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua, and Frangelico, along with the remaining milk portion. Shake vigorously until fully blended and icy cold.
Take you prepared glasses from the fridge and pour and strain in the cocktail mix.
Garnish (Optional)
Top with chocolate sprinkles.
Dip the tops of glass straws into some milk, then dip into cocoa powder.
